You may send digital applications from your Credit App Express portal. Using this method allows you to keep track of application requests and receipt. Application links may also be posted on your website or given to your sales team so they may send to applicants. No matter how your applicant receives your digital application, you will be notified once an application is submitted and be able to review it in your Credit App Express portal.
Credit App Express will email digital reference requests links to trade and bank references. Answers will be encrypted and securely uploaded to your Credit App Express portal. Color coded status updates lets you know when reference information is received. You control if the trade requests are sent automatically when an application is submitted or after your initial review. To increase response rates, we offer multiple ways to access the reference form and also include a digital authorization from the applicant for bank references.
For plans that support multiple users, one user is designated as the initial reviewer and will be notified as applications are received. As that user shares the application with other users, they are notified so they can log into their portal queue and provide input. All communication and activity are tracked in the note section of each application. Approval amount authorization can be set up if that is part of your approval process. You may also have other coworkers such as a salesperson that you want to keep in the loop. These coworkers can be added to a notification list that you can select from when you approve or deny an application. (Notifications lists are included in single user plans)
As part of the application setup, you can include any additional documents you need the applicant to complete. The applicant would then download, complete, and upload to the digital application. You may also request that the applicant upload other documents to the digital application such as tax-exempt certificates and financials. Your team can also attach documents to the digital application such as a credit report. With all supporting documents to the digital application stored in the cloud and accessible to your team from anywhere, it makes reviewing applications fast and organized.

Our standard and premium plans allow you to generate unique links to your credit application for each salesperson. Applications submitted using these links will include that salesperson's name when you open the application for review. The salesperson will also be notified by email when the application is submitted.
Yes, you can create different application versions if you need a cash account application or a different version for certain product/service offering. There is an additional fee of $20/month for this feature.
You can track all your tax-exempt certificates in the home portal. Certificates can be tracked for both customers onboarded through Credit App Express and those who were not. Automated reminders are sent to customers to upload an updated certificate when the current certificate is near expiration.
